Home Group’s new-build housing framework is broken up into seven regional lots: North-east; Cumbria; Yorkshire & Humber; London; South-east; South-west; and Scotland.

Robertson has won places on Lot Two for Cumbria and Lot Seven for Scotland, with each lot comprising 250 units per year over the course of four years. The framework awards will be on a rotation basis with future awards dependent upon performance measured against set KPIs.
